Hi Lyna,

Unfortunately, most ferry operators like MyFerryLink and DFDS Seaways do not allow you to amend your ferry booking online.

You need to call them or e-mail them to make these changes.


For more information on amendment to your ferry booking please refer to the terms and conditions page of your ferry operator website.

If you have booked with DFDS Seaways ferry operator, presently they don`t allow changes to be made online.

Please call customer contact centre on these numbers for modifying the booking: Within the UK: 0871 574 7223 and Outside the UK: +44 (0) 208 127 8303

If you want to change the route, you need to pay the difference in fares.
