I am quite confused booking tickets with DFDS and Norfolkline for my France travel. Are they two different operators providing same services? Positive response will be highly appreciated.

Norfolkline is now part of DFDS! This means that DFDS Seaways is a brand for ferry crossing across the English channel to France.

Norfolkline has been recently tied-up with DFDS and now the Norfolkline ferry service is a part of DFDS.
